Building of the present perfect tense
The present perfect tense is built as follows:
The past participle corresponds to the third form of the verb that we want to conjugate.
The auxiliary allowing to build the present perfect tense is to have. So the general form of the present perfect tense is:

- Example with the verb to do that is irregular:
- The forms of the verb to do are do did done.
→ So the past participle is done.

- have/has + past participle.
- Examples:
- to do → I have done
to reply → He has replied
