Building of the present perfect tense
The present perfect tense is built as follows:

    auxiliary + past participle.

The past participle corresponds to the third form of the verb that we want to conjugate.

Example with the verb to do that is irregular:
The forms of the verb to do are do did done.
→ So the past participle is done.

The auxiliary allowing to build the present perfect tense is to have. So the general form of the present perfect tense is:

    have/has + past participle.

    Examples:
to do → I have done
to reply → He has replied

To understand how to build the past participle of the verbs: Building of the past participle.
